Introducing: New York Umbrella Company
The New York Umbrella Company was started by two entity’s with unique experiences and separate businesses with the goal to provide outstanding café and restaurant umbrellas to the many foodservice clients! One with a company and one individual! The one company began its service to its clients in 1909 by providing quality umbrella products and was the first to use plastic ribs on golf umbrellas and has now become a major source to providing café and beach style umbrellas to the likes of Coca-Cola, Corona, Budweiser and Moet-Chandon for their promotions! The individual brings 25 years of sales and marketing expertise in the foodservice segment providing quality Italian seating for restaurants, hotels, airports and public areas by developing relationships by building the sales force and clients which include, foodservice dealer, architects and designers!
Our products have been highly sourced for design and quality for the foodservice industry which includes the many cafés and restaurants! As Jeffrey Nanus, founding partner, expressed in the early development “we do not want one umbrella coming back to us!” We are only working with select suppliers that can provide us that quality and affordability for our dealers. We have over three decades of sourcing experience and a 6-member team overseeing our vendors!
